we would like to inform you that with effect from 20th of November 2023, Cable & Tubing Solutions
GmbH is transferred to Sommer GmbH as part of an asset deal.
Existing orders that were confirmed by Cable & Tubing Solutions GmbH before this date will be
delivered and invoiced by Sommer GmbH. In addition, we would like to ask you to send all new orders
to Sommer GmbH from the 20th of November.

product availability, Sommer GmbH offers expert technical consultancy from a highly trained inside
sales team and 12 technically field sales engineers. Our services are complemented by our in-house
production capabilities where we are able to offer customised solutions according to customer
specifications, including cutting, slitting, printing or cabling. We also have a designated clean room to
meet specific customer requirements, such as those in the medical market.
Company CTS GmbH
CTS has been known to you as a reliable supplier of high-quality products for many years. In
particular, due to the expertise of the owner, Mr. Rainer Grassinger, you have also benefited from his
excellent advice and customer service which we are proud to say will continue in the future. Mr.
Grassinger is a highly experienced sales engineer and manager and will work with Sommer as a
consultant to facilitate a successful handover and pass on his knowledge to the Sommer Medical
team over a period of time. Mrs. Luisa Grassinger will also continue to support Sommer and remain
your contact person for order processing and queries.
lt was important to Mr. Grassinger to pass on his successful business into the right hands, and with
Sommer he is convinced that he has found the perfect partner to enable CTS to thrive in the years
ahead.
